Amendment #6 to H3382

Amendment to HB 3382

Representatives Koczera of New Bedford, Cabral of New Bedford, Sullivan of Fall River and Schmid of Westport moves to amend the bill in SECTION 9.  Inserting after SECTION 9 the following to subsection (c )

Except that thirty percent of such receipts to the Commonwealth Transportation Fund as stipulated in this subsection ( c ) shall be set aside exclusively for the financing  of bonds for approved transportation projects providing rail services to communities not presently served  by rail.
