Amendment #8 to H3382

Transportation Fund

Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XX.  Not withstanding any general special order to the contrary, all fuel tax revenues generated pursuant to Chapter 64A of the General Laws or otherwise shall be credited to the Commonwealth’s transportation fund and such funds shall be used exclusively for transportation related purposes and for no other purpose.”
