Amendment to H3382

Ms. Dykema of Holliston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Section 13 of chapter 6C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-

(d) Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the department shall not increase the cost of any tolls; provided, however, that the department may submit recommendations, from time to time, to the general court as it sees fit.
