clarifying an amendment regarding chapter 149

Mr. Walsh of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 20, by adding at the end the following words:

Chapter 44 sections A-J, Chapter 149 sections 26 thru 27F and Chapter 149A shall apply to this section.
