Special election reimbursements

Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves that the bill be amended in item 0521-0000, by adding at the end thereof the following:- "...provided, that $300,000 shall be allocated to reimburse additional election costs in those communities that held special elections on the same date as regularly scheduled elections due to charter change ballot questions or budget override votes."; and by striking the figures "$4,880,914" and inserting the figures "$5,280,914".
