Water Chestnut Removal Mystic River

Mr. Donato of Medford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 2810-0100, in line , by inserting after 2013;  the following: "provided further, that the Department expend $75,000 specifically targeting water chestnut removal in the Mystic River; and in said item by striking out the figures "$40,311,239" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$40,386,239".
