Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after the item 4590-2001 the following item:-

4800-XXXX, provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the planned learning achievement program in Amherst, in collaboration with the department of elementary and secondary education, through an interagency service agreement.
