Amendment #163 to H3400

Regional North River Commission funding

Representatives Cantwell of Marshfield, Nyman of Hanover and Cutler of Duxbury move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 2840-9712 the following item:

"xxxx-xxxx For the purposes of funding the North River Commission (serving five South Shore communities) $30,000 will be expended pursuant to the Legislature’s Scenic Protective Order of 1978.”
