Wheelabrator Settlement

Ms. Ehrlich of Marblehead moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 2200-0100 by adding the following: “Provided further, that no less than $92,000 shall be expended for environmental damage mitigation in the town of Marblehead and no less than $50,000 shall be expended for environmental damage mitigation in the town of Swampscott.”
