Representatives Scibak of South Hadley, Coppinger of Boston, Chan of Quincy, Ashe of Longmeadow, Keefe of Worcester, Fox of Boston, Rogers of Cambridge, Mannal of Barnstable, Swan of Springfield and Khan of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting the following item:-

For the operation of the Massachusetts Court Appointed Special Advocates programs provided that in fiscal year the department shall not reduce the amount allocated to the CASA programs as appearing in items 0337-0300, 0337-0400, 0337-0600, 0337-0700 of section 2 of chapter 182 of the acts of 2008, provided further that $100,000 shall be expended for the Boston CASA Program
