and in Section 2, in item 1595-5819, by striking out the figure “$467,346,393” and inserting in the place thereof the figure “$470,646,393”;

and in subsection (a) of section 64 by striking the words “until June 30, 2014” and inserting in the place thereof the words “until December 31, 2013”; and in subsection (b) of section 64 by striking out the words “until June 30, 2014” and inserting in the place thereof the words “until December 31, 2013”.
