Amendment #207 to H3400

Dedicated Red Line Patrols

Mr. Collins of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2E, item 1595-6369, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“; provided that no less than $500,000 shall be directed to the Transit Police Department of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority for the purpose of dedicated police patrols Red Line train stations including the following stations: Broadway, Andrew JFK/Umass, Savin Hill, Fields Corner, Shawmut, Ashmont, Cedar Grove, Butler, Milton, Central Avenue, Valley Road, Capen Street, and Mattapan inclusive.”; And moves that the item be further amended by striking out the figure “$275,200,000” and inserting in place thereof:- "$275,700,000"
