Plymouth County Dredge for Ocean Sediments

Representatives Cantwell of Marshfield and Cutler of Duxbury move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 2840-9712 the following item:

"In order to ensure that the cities and towns of Plymouth County have a cost effective and efficient way to maintain salt water waterways, this amendment will provide the funds necessary for the County to purchase a heavy materials dredging machine.  The machine will be used by the cities and towns as needed, with each town paying for its operation while using it........................ $500,000"
