Amendment #259 to H3400

International Trade Commission Call to Action

Representatives Kuros of Uxbridge and Jones of North Reading move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX.  Chapter 240 Section 34 (13S) of the Acts of 2010 shall be amended by adding the following:

The first hearing of the Commission shall be held no later than January 1, 2014".
