Representatives Peake of Provincetown, Turner of Dennis, Madden of Nantucket, Mannal of Barnstable and Hunt of Sandwich move to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:

Section XXX.  Section 5A of chapter 252 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2010 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 92 after the word “assessments.”, the following: “Certification does not give the board the authority to modify the commission approved budget without commission approval.”
