Residency Amendment

Mr. Michlewitz of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding any general, special law, or regulation to the contrary Chapter 31 Section 58 of the Massachusetts General Laws is herby amended in line 33 after the word “within” by striking the words “ten miles of the perimeter of such city or town” and replacing it with “thirty-five miles of the closet border of the city or town in which said person resides
