Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7035-0002, in line 15, by striking out the following: "and provided further, that no funds shall be expended for personnel costs at the department of elementary and secondary education" and inserting in place thereof the following: "and provided further, that funds may be set aside for the administration of these programs”.
