Amendment #406 to H3400

Salisbury Beach Preservation Trust Fund

Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

"SECTION XXXX. Section 35PP of chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in line 9, the figures "$2" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3."
