Health Care Payment Reform Trust Fund Amendment

Mr. Walsh of Lynn moves that the bill be amended in Section 68 by adding after subsection (b) the following section:

“(c) The interagency agreements under (a) and (b) shall be effective upon deposit of sufficient funds into the Health Care Payment Reform Fund under section 93 of the acts of 2011.”
