Market Impact Review Amendment

Mr. Walsh of Lynn moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section XXXX

Section 13(a) of Chapter 6D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the second paragraph the following sentence:

“The cost and market impact reviews by the Commission, as provided for under section 11N of Chapter 112 of the General Laws, shall be completed within 150 days from the date that the provider or provider organization has submitted notice to the Commission."
