Mr. Murphy of Weymouth moves to amend the bill in section 3, In line 30 by striking out the following: “distribution below” and inserting in place thereof the following: “language of this section”; and in line 33 by striking out the figure: “1994” and inserting in place thereof the figure: “2013”.
