Amendment #423 to H3400

Payment Reform Technical Correction Amendment

Representatives Walsh of Lynn and Mariano of Quincy move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section XXXX

Chapter 224 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended in subsection (c) (1) of section 241, by striking out the word “reimbursements” and inserting in place thereof the following:  “gross patient service revenue” and further amended by inserting after the words “Title XIX” the following: “or Title XXI”.
