World War 1 Memorial

Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by addiing the following:-

"provided further, that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for the restoration of The Doughboy Memorial and veterans park in Amesbury."
