Small Business Exemption

Mr. Murphy of Weymouth moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 32 the following three sections:

SECTION  32A.  Subsection 9 of section 68C of chapter 63 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in line 25, the word “or”;

SECTION 32B. Subsection 10 of said section 68C of said chapter 63, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “law”, in line 27, the following word:- ; or

SECTION 32C. Said section 68C of said chapter 63, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-

(11) a corporation with 50 or fewer full-time employees, as defined in section 31C.
