Amendment #432 to H3400

Plymouth County Child Advocacy Center

Representatives Cronin of Easton, Brady of Brockton, Canavan of Brockton, D'Emilia of Bridgewater and Orrall of Lakeville move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, at the end thereof by adding the following:

"provided further that funding shall be expended on children’s advocacy centers, services for child victims of sexual abuse and assault; and provided further, that not less than $100,000 be expended for the Plymouth County Children’s Advocacy Center".
