Behavioral Health Inpatient Payments

Representatives Scaccia of Boston and Malia of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0500 by inserting at the end thereof the following language: “provided further, that cost increases for inpatient behavioral health providers shall be included and funded in the FY 14 capitated rate for the PCC mental health and substance abuse plan”.
