Representatives Fox of Boston, Devers of Lawrence, Forry of Boston, Rogers of Cambridge and Walsh of Boston move to amend section 2 of the bill in line item 8900-0001, by striking out the figure $546,527,475 and inserting in place thereof the figure  $551,527,475
