Springfield Partners for Community Action’s Veterans First Program

Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0012, by adding at the end thereof the following: “provided further that not less than the amount of $250,000 shall be expended for the Springfield Partners for Community Action’s Veterans First Program to provide outreach services to Veteran’s in the Western Massachusetts Region, including Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, and Hampshire Counties.”
