Representatives Fox of Boston and Khan of Newton move to amend the bill in line item 7004-9024, line 26, by striking out the following: “provided further, that the department shall pay agencies $30 per voucher per month for the costs of administering the program;” and inserting in place thereof the following: “provided further, that the department shall pay agencies a base administrative fee for the costs of administering the program;”; and in said item, in line 52, by inserting after “circumstances” the following text: “provided further, assistance under the Massachusetts rental voucher supportive housing program shall be project –based and shall include case management services;”.
