Amendment #505 to H3400

Funding for the Rehabilitation and Renovation of Cawley Stadium, Lowell

Mr. Nangle of Lowell moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following section:

"SECTION XX:

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, $380,000 shall be appropriated to the rehabilitation and renovation of Cawley Stadium in Lowell; provided that said funds shall be expended for the removal of the existing track, replacement of the existing track with a rubberized, color-coated surface, renovations to the special events area, and other related projects.”
