Amendment #507 to H3400

Massachusetts Furniture Banks

Representatives O'Day of West Boylston, Fox of Boston, Keefe of Worcester, Khan of Newton, Reinstein of Revere and Walsh of Framingham move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0099, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended through performance based contracts with organizations and agencies to provide furniture and household goods to families and individuals exiting homelessness.”, and in said item by striking out the figures “$6,397,129” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$6,597,129”.
