Non-Profit Audit Unit

Representatives Kuros of Uxbridge, Golden of Lowell, Lombardo of Billerica, Lyons of Andover, Fattman of Sutton, Durant of Spencer, O'Connell of Taunton, Ferguson of Holden and Orrall of Lakeville move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 0710-0300 the following item:

"xxxx-xxxx.   For the operation of a Non-Profit audit unit within the division of audit to prevent and identify fraud and abuse in Non-Profits contracting with the Department of Public Health, including, but not limited to, a review of executive compensation, lease obligations and contract performance; provided that the division shall submit a report not later than February 1, 2014 to the house and senate committees on ways and means detailing all findings"
