Representatives Gobi of Spencer, Kocot of Northampton, Scibak of South Hadley, Schmid of Westport, McMurtry of Dedham, Mark of Peru, Ferguson of Holden and Beaton of Shrewsbury move to amend House Bill 3400, in section 2, in item 9110-1900, in line 1,by striking out the following: “funds” and inserting in place thereof the following: “not less than $50,000.”
