Amendment #526 to H3400
Pan Mass Challenge Route Signage
Representatives Gobi of Spencer, Keenan of Salem, Atkins of Concord, Peake of Provincetown, Peisch of Wellesley, O'Day of West Boylston, Kocot of Northampton, McMurtry of Dedham, Timilty of Milton, Roy of Franklin, Rogers of Cambridge, Beaton of Shrewsbury and Ferguson of Holden move to amend House Bill 3400, in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: “provided further, that the office, in collaboration with the official sponsor of the event, state, regional and local agencies and cities and towns, shall designate and mark the Pan Mass Challenge bicycle route by means of signs bearing the official logo of the event; provided further, that $15,000 shall be expended for the purchase, post fabrication and installation of Pan Mass signs along the Pan Mass route from both Bourne to Provincetown and from Bourne to Wellesley.”
