Amendment #531 to H3400

Water Well Drill Registration Fee

Representatives Gobi of Spencer, Kocot of Northampton, Beaton of Shrewsbury and Ferguson of Holden move to amend House Bill 3400, by inserting after section 103 the following new section:-

SECTION XX. Paragraph 12 of section 33 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “machine” the following words:- an annual fee of $100.
