Amendment #54 to H3400

Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7003-1206, in line 3, by inserting after the word “organizations” the following: “provided further that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Latino Chamber of Commerce;” and in said item 7003-1206 by striking out the figure “$600,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “$700,000.”
