Amendment #551 to H3400

Critical Incident Stress Intervention

Representatives Balser of Newton, Walsh of Boston, Timilty of Milton, Hecht of Watertown, Lawn of Watertown and Kocot of Northampton move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0000, in line 26, by inserting after “program” the following: “; provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for the administration of a statewide program to provide critical incident stress intervention for fire departments in cities, towns, fire districts, and authorities of the commonwealth including but not limited to, consultant services, training, equipment and supplies”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$15,145,867” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$15,245,867”.
