Development of a Strategic Food Policy Plan for the Commonwelath

Mr. Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill by inserting the following Outside Section:

Section 6C of Chapter 20 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following section (d)(4):

The council shall be permitted to accept and expend funds for projects consistent with its purpose, including but not limited to, the development of a strategic food policy plan for the Commonwealth.  Such funds shall be administered by the Department of Agricultural Resources.
