Mr. O'Flaherty of Chelsea moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7003-1631, the adding following:

“provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for Centro Latino de Chelsea to provide workforce training, educational services, and other transitional services in the city of Chelsea”
