Gardner Street Noise Abatement

Mrs. Nyman of Hanover moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0021, in line 5, by inserting after "a ratio of at least 3:1" the following: "provided further, that not less than seven hundred and thirty thousand dollars shall be expended for the purpose of installing sound barriers along the southbound side of Route 3 between Gardner Street and Route 3 in the town of Rockland".
