Amendment #601 to H3400

HIV/AIDS treatment & prevention programs for limited English speakers

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend H3400, in section 2, in item 4512-0103, in line 6, after “conditions”, the following:

“and provided further that funds shall be expended for HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention programs for limited English speakers in municipalities with the highest population of individuals living with HIV or AIDS;”
