Amendment #61 to H3400

Title 5 Income Tax Credit reform

Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XX. Section 6(i) of Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in line 198 the figure “$15,000” and inserting in place thereof the following:-- “$25,000”; and, by striking in line 201 the figure “$1,500” and inserting in place thereof the following:-- “$4,000”; and by striking in line 203 the figure “$6,000” and inserting in place thereof the following:-- “$10,000.”.
