Juvenile Court Mental Health Advocacy Pilot Program

Representatives Khan of Newton, Sannicandro of Ashland, Devers of Lawrence, Hecht of Watertown and Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0337-0002, in line 1, by inserting after “juvenile court department” the following: “provided that the department shall expend up to $500,000 for a pilot mental health advocacy program” and in said item by striking out the figures “16,823,514” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$17,323,514”.
