Amendment #663 to H3400

Children's Hospital

Ms. Balser of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by adding at the end thereof the following:

“provided further, that the Office of Medicaid, in calculating rates for both inpatient and outpatient rates in the fee for service and primary care clinician programs shall provide additional reimbursement to the pediatric acute hospital in the Commonwealth, above the base rates, to compensate for high-complexity pediatric care in an amount no less than $11.8M”
