Amendment #688 to H3400

An Amendment relative to rolling back the income tax.

Representatives Lyons of Andover and Lombardo of Billerica move to amend the bill by adding the following new section:—

SECTION XX. Section 4 of Chapter 62 of the General Laws is hereby amended in the first line of subsection (b) by striking “5.3 per cent” and replacing it with “five per cent”.
