Quincy/Squantum Point Park Boat Ramp

Mr. Ayers of Quincy moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX.  For the design and engineering cost for a boat ramp in the City of Quincy at the Squantum Point Park...$75,000".
