Amendment #735 to H3400

Plymouth County Freshwater Dredging Equipment Acquisition

Representatives Cutler of Duxbury, Cantwell of Marshfield and Calter of Kingston move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item XXXX-XXXX the following item:

“XXXX-XXXX for the Plymouth County Freshwater Dredging Equipment Fund established in section XXXX, to be used for the purchase of freshwater dredging equipment to be owned, operated, and maintained by the government of Plymouth County  $250,000”;

move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX.  There shall be established a fund, held and managed by the government of Plymouth County, to be used for the acquisition of freshwater dredging equipment for the Plymouth County dredging program.  Any equipment purchased using this fund will be owned, operated, and maintained by Plymouth County.  The fund shall be called the “Plymouth County Freshwater Dredging Equipment Fund”.
