Mr. O'Flaherty of Chelsea moves to amend H 4300, in section 2, in line 4512-0200, by inserting at the end thereof the following language:-

“provided that no less than $25,000 be expended to the Charlestown Against Drugs (CHAD) program in the Charlestown neighborhood of the city of Boston.”
