State Scholarship

Representatives Markey of Dartmouth, Sullivan of Fall River, Vieira of Falmouth, Harrington of Groton and Koczera of New Bedford move to amend the bill in item 7070-0065 in line 3, by striking out the following: “or independent”; and, in line 4, by striking out the following: “, or any other approved institution furnishing a program of higher education”; and inserting in line 4 after “nursing,” the following : “within Massachusetts or independent college, university or other approved institution furnishing a program of higher education within Massachusetts with an endowment of less than $1,000,000,000.00 as of December 31, 2012;”.
