Amendment #771 to H3400

To create a partnership between the Department of Veterans' Services and the Office of Labor and Workforce Development for administration of the Veterans' Workforce Investment Program

Mr. Winslow of Norfolk moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

"SECTION XX. Chapter 23 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 24 the following section:-

Section 25. The department shall delegate administrative oversight of the veterans' workforce investment program to the department of veterans' services."
